Hayleigh Richardson from the National Citizen Service visited the academy to present a plaque and certificate to to the academy.

On Friday 19th January Hayleigh Richardson from the National Citizen Service visited the academy to present a plaque and certificate to to the academy.

This was in recognition of the contribution that the school and our students have made to the local community.


29 Macmillan Academy students graduated from the summer 2017 NCS programme completing at least 870 voluntary hours in the community. We are very proud of all of the students that have been involved In NCS and our current Year 11 students are looking forward to getting involved with the programme.
