Students participated in a myriad of workshops, all aimed at promoting a healthy mind and body as part of the annual Academy healthy day.



The annual academy health day took place on Friday 24th June. Students participated in a myriad of workshops, all aimed at promoting a healthy mind and body.

Workshops included Tai Chi, 'Mindful Creativity', meditation, a pre-driver course, risk taking behaviours, stress awareness, healthy swaps, 'Morelife' healthy habits, archery, climbing, fast healthy food, self-defence, dynamic health with Public Health England and biking.



All the visitors to the academy were extremely impressed with our students and the healthy lunch provided on the day.
