The annual Children in Need fundraising events at the academy once again proved a great success with students, staff and other members of the community raising a grand total of £3323.19.

The annual Children in Need fundraising events at the academy once again proved a great success with students, staff and other members of the community raising a grand total of £3323.19. This year students contributed to our charity efforts through choosing to wear non-uniform attire for one day in return for a donation to Children in Need.

A number of female members of staff adopted the nationwide theme of 'bare faced' and raised a large total through sponsorship. Other fundraising focuses included a tutor quiz and the sale of Children in Need wrist bands. We would like to thank all involved for their generosity and support.
