As part of remembrance Day, the Academy produced a broadcast in which students disscussed their thoughts on the day.

On Thursday 11 November just after 11.00am the Academy watched a televised Remembrance broadcast followed by a minute's silence to mark Remembrance Day. The whole Academy site was still and silent for 6 minutes.

This year, the broadcast was led by our new Head Girl, Gemma Adams and our new Head Boy, Joseph Nelson. The two Year 13 students also interviewed a member of the British Legion to find out what their role is during this, the Legion's 90th anniversary year.
