The English department is again providing Year 11 students with a fantastic opportunity to boost their chances of success in achieving C grade or higher in English with a series of support sessions focused on developing knowledge and skills in English.

The sessions have been designed with the advice of AQA examiners and will be taught by two teachers through short focused activities taking place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings during registration time. Last year, many regular attendees at these sessions were able to move from D to C achieving success in their GCSE exam and we hope that students will find the sessions helpful and motivating.
