On Saturday 5th December Year 12 students accompanied by Miss Bell and Mrs Hill visited the 'Clothes Show Live' event at Birmingham NEC.

On Saturday 5th December Year 12 students accompanied by Miss Bell and Mrs Hill visited the 'Clothes Show Live' event at Birmingham NEC. The visit was in response to requests from the Post 16 Council who had asked for more Post 16 visits. After a very early start, the group arrived in Birmingham and the shopping commenced. The group watched a spectacular fashion catwalk show, entitled 'The Four Seasons' and a performance from Alesha Dixon who sang her new single 'The boy does nothing.'

The afternoon gave the group more time to visit the many stalls and exhibitions before the journey back to Middlesbrough. The group thoroughly enjoyed the day and agreed that the fashion show was the highlight of the trip. We look forward to arranging further Post 16 visits in 2009.
