Three special musical events, at which all are welcome, are being staged at Macmillan Academy between now and Christmas, the proceeds from all of them going to the BBC's Children in Need appeal.

Three special musical events, at which all are welcome, are being staged at Macmillan Academy between now and Christmas, the proceeds from all of them going to the BBC's Children in Need appeal.

On Tuesday 4 December the Music Department is staging a GCSE Guitar Concert at 6pm in Lecture Theatre 2 in the New Building.

Two days later, on Thursday 6 December, also at 6pm and in the same venue, GCSE Piano students will be the performers.

Tickets are not being sold for these events as admission payment is 'on the door'.

The following week on Thursday 13 December, this time with a 7pm start and in the Macmillan Theatre, our Christmas Concert will be a fitting prelude to the festive season.

At all of these concerts the Macmillan PTA will be providing refreshments.
